Even though this is a text file and by default it will save as a .txt file, you are able to save it as a html file by simlpy saving it as mysite.htm in the file name box. This creates a seperate document with internet explorer.
Here is the note pad file showing the file menu with the save as... feature selected.
When you click on it, the Save As box will come up. Save the file
as,
mysite.htm in the file name: box, type it in and click save.
